Click "SmartWorkout Progress" or "SmartMoves Progress"
Click the "Name..." field.
Type student's name
Click this text field to set start date
Click this text field to set end date
Click "Search"
Click here.
Click "Drop files here to upload" and choose file
Click "Publish"
